Our large walk-in humidor is both accurately temperature controlled along side a built in reverse osmosis water system leading into two sonic humidifers to keep our cigars at near perfect conditions. In-store rules in place to prevent handling of cigars. I personally wouldn't want a cigar touched by 50 people. All cigars out of box will be carefully inspected before any sale finalizes.
